Glennon Doyle says, “People who are hurting don’t need avoiders, protectors, or fixers. What we need are patient, loving witnesses. People to sit quietly and hold space for us. People to stand in helpful vigil to our pain.” I am someone who is willing and able to hold space for you when you are ready. Together we can find the best path to healing and peace for you.
I am a California native. I have a variety of social work experience (hospital, hospice, working with victims of abuse, and more), but have found my passion in therapy. I work with ages 13 and up. Some of my areas of focus are: depression, anxiety, trauma, faith transitions, and other life transitions. The therapy modalities I utilize most are EMDR, IFS, and CBT.
It is important to me to create an environment of inclusivity, where all walks of life can feel comfortable. I tell my clients that making the first call to find a therapist is one of the hardest steps. I am here when you are ready to take that step!
For a limited time, self pay sessions with me are only $75! Book soon as my schedule is quickly filling up! I would love to help. I accept most major companies with the exception of United Healthcare.
I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, and unresolved trauma. I also support clients navigating identity shifts, relationship challenges, and recovery from religious trauma. My goal is to help you build effective coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and feel more grounded and empowered.
Together, we'll explore your story and identify strategies that support both immediate relief and lasting growth. Whether you're processing change, facing uncertainty, or struggling with self-worth, my goal is to offer a supportive space where you can process difficult emotions. I would be honored to walk alongside you wherever you are on your journey.
I am trained in EMDR intensives. EMDR helps the brain process and heal from the distress caused by traumatic or disturbing memories. This is a very helpful and successful form of dealing and getting past trauma and is usually the quickest method to do so. Book a consultation with me today!

I am from Southern California and have lived in Utah for 23 years. I am an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC). I work with children, adolescents, and adults of any age.
The Counseling interventions I use most are CBT, Motivational Interviewing & DBT. My goal is to create a space where my clients feel heard and validated.
My experience includes working at Utah State Prison in the Substance Abuse Program, case management for community mental health services, and program management for individuals with disabilities.
I believe there is presently a dire need for empathetic, effective Clinical Mental Health Counselors. I pursued a career in this field because I believe in human resilience and potential for growth in the face of adversity. I am here to help you find your strength, especially during life's most challenging moments.
