Glennon Doyle says, “People who are hurting don’t need avoiders, protectors, or fixers. What we need are patient, loving witnesses. People to sit quietly and hold space for us. People to stand in helpful vigil to our pain.” I am someone who is willing and able to hold space for you when you are ready. Together we can find the best path to healing and peace for you.

I am a California native. I have a variety of social work experience (hospital, hospice, working with victims of abuse, and more), but have found my passion in therapy. I work with ages 13 and up. Some of my areas of focus are: depression, anxiety, trauma, faith transitions, and other life transitions. The therapy modalities I utilize most are EMDR, IFS, and CBT.

It is important to me to create an environment of inclusivity, where all walks of life can feel comfortable. I tell my clients that making the first call to find a therapist is one of the hardest steps. I am here when you are ready to take that step!

Hi, I’m Kylee! I love working with teens and adults who struggle to like themselves, feel overwhelmed, or carry a lot of anxiety. If you’re someone who feels things deeply, overthinks everything, or often feels like you’re “not good enough” - you’re in the right place.

My approach to therapy is warm, honest, and human. I believe we heal best in relationships where we feel safe, seen, and accepted. Therapy with me is a mix of real talk, shared laughter, and space for the hard stuff. I’ll help you connect the dots between past experiences and current patterns, explore who you really are, and build the kind of self-trust that can anchor you through life’s hardest moments.

I especially love working with teens and young adults navigating stress, life transitions, self-worth, and relationships. I primarily draw from EMDR, IFS, and CBT approaches to support clients. You don’t need to be fixed, you just need space to get to know all the parts of you, even the ones that feel hard to love.

Life within the LDS faith can offer a strong sense of community, purpose, and belonging. It can also come with unique challenges around identity, expectations, and self-worth. If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to reconcile your inner experiences with your values, you’re not alone. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore these feelings while staying connected to your faith and what matters most to you.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults in the LDS community who are navigating anxiety, stress, perfectionism, relationship concerns, and self-worth challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to build coping skills, deepen their self-understanding, and develop a more compassionate and supportive inner voice.

Together, we’ll work toward greater emotional balance, self-awareness, and alignment between your personal goals and spiritual beliefs. My intention is to create a safe, affirming environment where you can explore your experiences openly, reconnect with your sense of self, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and peace.

My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, integrating both skill-building and meaningful inner work. I incorporate CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, and mindfulness-based methods to help you heal, understand yourself more fully, and move forward in ways that feel aligned and empowering.

Do you feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, caught in anxiety, overwhelmed by your emotions, or disconnected from yourself? Maybe you find yourself overthinking, struggling in relationships, or feeling like you’ve lost a sense of who you are. If so, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Together, we slow things down and begin to understand what’s really underneath the weight of it all, so that change can happen in a way that feels meaningful for you.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-worth challenges, and addictive behaviors. My approach to therapy is holistic and deeply client-centered. I incorporate mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, values exploration and parts work inspired by Internal Family Systems to help you reconnect with yourself in a more compassionate and grounded way. I believe that each person is unique, and therapy should reflect that.

At the core of my work is the belief that you already hold an inner knowing about what you need to heal, but sometimes that voice gets buried under trauma, expectations, or life experiences. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you slow down, tune in, and build a deeper sense of trust and connection with yourself. Our work together may involve exploring past experiences, understanding current patterns, building emotional awareness, and developing tools to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected. Whether you’re working through trauma, navigating a life transition, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a space where you begin to come back to yourself.

The weight of life can feel so heavy sometimes. Whether you’re navigating complex relationships, your identity, or trying to exist authentically in spaces that don’t feel safe, you deserve support and understanding. You don’t have to carry this weight alone, and therapy can be a space to breathe and find clarity. My background includes working with teens and young adults with a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ individuals, those navigating faith transitions, and people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, or identity-related stress. I offer an affirming, non-judgemental space where clients can feel seen, respected, and supported as they explore their experiences and work towards healing and growth.

I’m an MSW intern who offers a trauma-informed and collaborative approach, utilizing evidence-based interventions that include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build coping skills, and process experiences that feel stuck or overwhelming.

All parts of you are welcome in this space. My hope is to support you in building a more compassionate relationship with yourself and creating a life that feels authentic.
